The bill (Reg. No. 11309) increases the influence on offenders who burn out stubble, meadows, pastures, and plots with steppe, wetland and other natural plants, its remainders, as well as fallen leaves near securing stands of roads and rail roads, and in the parks, as well as other vegetation and lawns in populated areas.
